Vendor (Kehrä Ltd.) processes the purchase orders made by the Customer within two (2) to seven (7) working days. All Products will be delivered to the Customer by mail and will be insured. Delivery time of the Product depends on delivery providers (Itella) service times . Delivery time is subject to availability of the Product and order destination. The Customer acknowledges that an average delivery time for an insured letter/package is 1-2 weeks. Vendor will deliver the Products to the home address provided in the purchase order.

Vendor reserves the right to deliver different Products ordered in the same time separately. In case the Product has not arrived the Customer is recommended to contact Kehrä Ltd. at noora(a)kehrainterior.fi. Kehrä Ltd. reserves the right to reject any order. In such cases the payments made by the Customer will be returned within 30 days.
