This Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the use of online shop at www.guardian.mycashflow.fi (hereafter the “Online Shop”) owned by Kehrä Interior Ltd. (hereafter “Kehrä Ltd.”). When a person (hereafter the “Customer”) orders a product or products from the Online Shop (hereafter the “Products”), the Customer agrees to be bound by the Agreement by checking the box in the relevant page.
The Online Shop is primarily intended for customers from Finland. If you live outside of Finland, but would wish to purchase our products, please contact noora(a)kehrainterior.fi The Customer must be eighteen (18) or older to order Products from the Online Shop.
After the Customer has placed an order at the Online Shop and checked the box in the relevant page one has confirmed to be bound by the Agreement. The binding sales agreement is reached between the Customer and Kehrä Ltd. when the customer has placed an order at the Online Shop and paid the product.
The Customer is responsible for all activities occurred under its account or password. The Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of its password. The Customer warrants that the information provided during the ordering process is true and correct.
At the Online Shop the Customer can pay with Finnish netbanks. Kehrä Ltd. is using a professional online payment broker Checkout TM (www.checkout.fi) in order to keep up security of the payment. Kehrä Ltd. does not have access to the Customer’s credit card numbers and they will not be saved on Kehrä Ltd.’s database, not even temporarily.
Kehrä Ltd. reserves the right to reject any order if Kehrä Ltd. has not been able to verify the credit card transaction.
The Product price is the price displayed for the Product at the Online Shop at the time of ordering. Shipping and other delivery fees are 14,60 EUR per package.
Kehrä Ltd. processes the purchase orders made by the Customer within one (1) to two (2) weeks. All Products will be delivered to the Customer by mail and will be insured. Delivery time of the Product depends on delivery providers (Itella) service times . Delivery time is subject to availability of the Product and order destination. The Customer acknowledges that an average delivery time for an insured letter/package is 1-3working days. Kehrä Ltd. will deliver the Products to the nearest post office to address provided in the purchase order.
Kehrä Ltd. reserves the right to deliver different Products ordered in the same time separately.
In case the Product has not arrived the Customer is recommended to contact Kehrä Ltd. at noora(a)kehrainterior.fi.
Kehrä Ltd. reserves the right to reject any order. In such cases the payments made by the Customer will be returned to the credit card account within 30 days.
The customer has the right to cancel the order before the Product is delivered to the customer. If the Customer wishes to cancel the order, the Customer must contact Kerhrä Ltd. by email and to include name, address, bank account number and order number in the email. Kehrä will return the payments made from the Customer’s credit card account within 30 days.
The Customer has the right to return or exchange a Product within fourteen (14) days from the day when the Customer received the Product. The Customer has the right to return a Product if
The Product must be returned to Kehrä Ltd. as soon as possible after cancellation. The Customer shall make the return shipment at one’s own cost. When returning the Products the Customer will be responsible for risk of damages during the return delivery. The price of the returned Products paid by the Customer will be refunded to the Customer’s credit card/bank account. The reimbursement will take place as soon as Kehrä Ltd. has received and inspected the returned Products, however no later than within thirty (30) days from the day when Kehrä Ltd. has received the returned Products.
If the Product is faulty or damaged during the shipment, the Customer must inform Kehrä Ltd. about as soon as the Customer has noticed the defect. Kehrä Ltd. attemps to replace the damaged Product, but if this is not possible Kehrä Ltd. will reimburse the Customer with the full amount of costs paid by the Customer. Kehrä Ltd. will not reimburse the Customer with the costs before Kehrä Ltd. has confirmed the defect in the Product. The Customer is recommended to contact Kehrä Ltd. to receive more instructions with this respect.
Kehrä Ltd. respects the Customer’s privacy. The personal data and other information received from the Customer via the Online Shop is used only by Kehrä Ltd., except in cases where Kehrä Ltd. uses third parties to perform certain functions, such as online payment, credit card processing and delivering Products. In such cases Kehrä Ltd. provides only such information necessary for the third party to perform its specific functions.
Kehrä Ltd. reserves the right to transfer personal data and other information received from the Customer to the authorities in the case of infringement of applicable laws and regulations.
The Customer’s name, contact information and other personal data provided will be stored at Online Shop’s customer register. The Customer has the right to examine, change and delete its personal data stored to the customer register.
Kehrä Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the Online Shop, its polices and the Agreement at any time. If the Agreement is changed, Kehrä Ltd. will post a notification of the said change at the Online Shop. Modified Agreement will apply to all orders made after the notice is posted to the Online Shop.
Kehrä Ltd. shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations under this Agreement or delays in performing or failure to perform in accordance with this Agreement, which are attributable to causes beyond Kehrä Ltd.’s reasonable control, including without limitation fires, strikes, labor disputes, wars, natural catastrophe, acts or interventions by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, network failure or malfunction.
Kehrä Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit the Customer’s rights under the applicable mandatory consumer legislation.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding its choice of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be settled in Finland at the Helsinki district court.
